My son is 14 1/2 and we have been going here since he was 5. I’ve always been pleased with the care here but today 8/25, I must say I’m highly dissatisfied with this office and will be seeking testing else where. So my son had an appointment on 8/13 his yearly testing. Always following were told he will need to carry his things needed due to his food allergies. Well it’s the first day of school and the nurse informs me there are certain papers she will need in order for my son to self medicate. Well when I call back to let the office know they never provided me with the proper paper work and that the school gave me forms just in case they did not have any. If giving no stars was an option I would.. I waited months for an appointment. I showed up on time all paper work done ahead of time all insurance info added. I waited an hour and 27 minutes and left before ever seeing a provider. I drove 45 minutes one way and waited months for an appointment to wait a ridiculously long time. I asked the nurse if this was typical and she said yes. If that’s that the case why tell me I have to be there at this time if they know I’m going to wait well over an hour for my appointment. Why schedule appoints so close together if you cannot accommodate them? What happens every day that you get so backed up and cannot keep up with your appointment times? The wait was long here, as some have indicated, but the care was outstanding. Dr. Mehlhop took time during the appointment to listen attentively, leave comfortable room for questions, explain their testing procedures in detail, and make sure the absolute best comprehensive solution had been found. Beyond that, the setup the patient portal was immediate and seamless. Their office responded quickly when I needed to update chart information and made sure everything was working as it should while we were still on the phone. Everyone I dealt with there was courteous and professional.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. they gave the appointment but said allergy test cannot be done until it is 3 years from last test. they could give me an appointment when 3 years completed. I don't know how they run business. I had to take time off from work and make arrangement and have to do the same thing again. They even charged me to see the doctor. I didnot go there to say hi to the doctor,money does not grow in trees. I told them to refund my money but they said I need to call my insurance for that. horrible service.

Do not waste your time, had an appointment, ended up going back to the room, had temp and BP taken, then I was told "the PA will be with you shortly." I sat alone for over 45 minutes. No one updated me or checked on me. I got up and told the front desk lady my appointment was 45 minutes ago, I had to take time off work to be here. I asked them 2 times to have the PA call me. I left to go back to work and I received no call back. This place is had a bad vibe, and they do not value your time at all. They jam in the people for the money, the waiting room was packed with people checking the time. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
