Went in for three implants and was told that I could only have two done based on my nerve in my jawbone being to close to the gum line. Dr. Thatcher was great at notifying this and the surgery went great without any issues. I was completely numb. What was really nice was he used a Sears Craftsman ratchet to tighten the head of the implant in (lol). His nursing staff and front desk staff were phenomenal and very helpful understanding my billing. I would highly recommend this doctor and his office for all your dental needs.

My girlfriend got her wisdom teeth removed here. She woke up mid procedure and attempted to alert the surgeons, but they didn’t listen and told her she was fine. She lost all feeling in the left side of her face after the procedure. Do *not* go here. I understand that accidents happen but to be so cruel to gaslight a patient about her being awake and not having enough anesthetist is just wrong. Shame on these doctors.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was incredibly nervous to have my wisdom teeth extracted, but everyone in the office was so kind, friendly, and informative and really made it their mission to make me feel at ease. Everything was explained to me before it happened and I could tell my comfort and peace of mind was important to them. Their compassion really went a long way to making me feel comfortable. What started out as a very painful, unknown situation for me ended up going as well as it possibly could’ve. (It doesn’t hurt that I was also very pleased the cost ended up being substantially less than what I’d assumed it would be.) I have children and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them here in the future.

People are friendly and very informative. Not extremely high priced like some other oral surgeons. Pretty much the middle of the road cost. They are extremely good at what they do.
