I chose to do the Swedish with flexibility work. I really liked that she brought this up because this was exactly what I wanted. Throughout the session, it really felt like she can feel what my body has been through and she knew the right amount of pressure to use while keeping me relaxed. Risa made sure that I was comfortable from beginning to end. After the session, Risa was kind enough to even give some tips on stretches in order to keep my body loose especially the lower half with how much walking I do in a day. Booked my first appointment with Risa. She was super nice and very thorough! She makes sure you’re comfortable during the whole session. Plus the booking online was super easy and convenient!
