Got referred to by a co worker. It was my first time getting a massage ever and it was the best experience I ever had. Walked out feeling better than I ever have before. Had a knot in my trap and they got it out. The place was professional, and the therapists were kind and amazing and understanding of what you need to get done. They explained what I can do to better understand my body and how to take care of it better. I already booked my next appointment and would come back monthly, weekly if I had the time. This is the most amazing place I have been to in San Diego. Sita was absolutely wonderful. When you are finished you feel like a new person. I would definitely recommend her. The entire staff from start to finish were fantastic.
