TH Obstetrics and Gynecology at Fresh Meadows

Don’t go to this place, I had a a horrible experience , I was there for my appointment and it was cancelled because they didn’t have any provider in the practice. They call me 5 minutes before my appointment to canceled and I was there already . The lady that was in the reception area told me the dr was not in the office and that she can’t return the money that I paid online. I’m still waiting for my money to be refunded ,it was months ago ( I called them a couple of times and a manager supposedly was going to returned my call. I m still waiting.

Pésimo pésimo servicio, soy una persona que no habla inglés y llegué y la recepcionista con una mala actitud dijo que me firmara documentos en un dispositivo, y empecé a llenarlo pero estaba todo en inglés y le pregunté amablemente si había alguien que hablaba español y me ignoraba y me dijo la pantalla la puedes poner en español y según me la puso pero al final todo estaba en inglés y lo poco que entiendo querían que pagara por la visita 70 dólares más aparte los estudios no tienen que sobrepasar los 500 si no ya te empiezan a cobrar todo, pero sabemos que aquí todo lo que tiene que ver con la salud cuesta muy caro entonces querían que firmara por algo que no entendía ni daba el consentimiento volví a preguntar si había alguien que hablaba español y me dijo no con mala cara y le dije o so
