The physician and clinical team (nurses/MAs) provided excellent care to my father during his visits—professional, compassionate, and attentive. Unfortunately, the front office staff significantly impacted our overall experience, leading to this 1-star review. Phone calls were often handled in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, with poor communication regarding medical questions, appointment inquiries, and follow-up information. These interactions created unnecessary stress and frustration. While I would still recommend the provider for their medical expertise and quality of care, the office staff’s behavior may discourage others from choosing this practice. It’s never easy hearing concerns from your doctor and referring you to a Urologist. So when my father is already on edge about his health, the least the office could do is show a little respect or sympathy. But instead the office staff is extremely rude and just treats you like another number. Not giving you the time of day. If you are looking for a Urologist for your loved ones, I would not recommend this office. I would want an office that truly care and listens to the patients and unfortunately it’s not this place. If you look at the responses this office puts on others reviews, they don’t actually read our concerns. They don’t care about their reputation, or they sure the heck wouldn’t have the staff they do.

UPDATE: I did call and left a message on the number left on this review. I received a call back on following day. After a brief discussion she said she would forward my information to head of the office and my need to still schedule an appointment. As of today, STILL no return call for appointment. At this point, no matter how good the Dr is, if you cannot get in to see him there is no point.. the rest of this review is what started it. Sadly a review is the only recourse we have. Hopefully it makes them better, and saves someone the headache in future... This place is so unprofessional! I hope the new owners read this and contact me!
