The nurse was so kind, patient, and gentle — she really took the time to listen to how I was feeling and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was just as wonderful. He was attentive, compassionate, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. I never felt rushed, and they both treated me with so much respect and warmth. It truly made a difference during a time when I wasn’t feeling my best. I’m very grateful for their care and professionalism.

This urgent care is very efficient, jovial and welcoming. They genuinely care about helping you. John APRN treats you like family and is very professional and fun. He strives to help you and moves like a swan but diligent with focus. The front secretary was as nice as could be and of course very courteous and professional. The technician that prepped the visit was kind, understanding, and jokes with you. The atmosphere is clean, artsy and an area with an intent to heal. My daughter cut her eye and needed stitches. We got in right away. They were very attentive to her and calmed her. They were very respectful and kind. The doctor did an excellent job stitching her up in such a sensitive area. Very thankful for the service received.

I’ve been to many walk in clinics and this by far has been the best one I’ve been too. Everyone there was extremely nice and welcoming even on a busy Sunday. Miley was amazing taking all my vitals and walking me through the process of all the tests. Doctor Scott was beyond amazing. Made me feel so well taken care of and gave off the sweetest and warmest energy. It’s a bit of a drive for me to get to this location but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Quick and excellent care at TGH Urgent Care Westchase! Cassandra Owens, PA-C was friendly, thorough, and explained everything clearly. She treated my finger infection effectively with lidocaine and prescribed cephalexin—picked it up easily at the nearby Walmart. Staff was professional, place was clean, and I was in and out fast. Highly recommend this location and especially PA Cassandra Owens if you need urgent care in the area! Thks
