TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track (Wesley Chapel)

Went to this urgent care yesterday and had a great experience. There was hardly anyone there, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. As a retired military member, they accepted my insurance with no issues. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. The provider quickly diagnosed my flu, got me the right medication, and explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and well organized. Overall, very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this location if you need quick, quality care.

This is my second time visiting this facility. The first time my husband was sent immediately to the emergency room which saved his life since he had sepsis. My second visit involved a laceration which I was given a tetanus shot and the wound was treated with care. I am happy with the services received thus far. It’s helpful and convenient to have this facility nearby.

My experience at TGH was excellent. Did not wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the medical staff. They were very friendly and thorough. My prescription was faxed directly to the pharmacy of my choice which cut down the wait time at the pharmacy. I would definitely return if i had any medical issues.

This is the place to go in Wesley Chapel for urgent care. Seriously! Very professional, caring, and accomodating. Immaculate, spacious exam rooms. Receptionist told me how many people were ahead of me, as well as how many staff members were available. Wait was minimal, less than what she predicted. I have been to two other urgent cares in the area, and this is, by far, the best. I won't go anywhere else now. Kudos to TGH!

Matthew Brice, PA exceeded my expectations when I brought my 12-year-old in. He was extremely professional and caring. One of the best healthcare providers I’ve ever encountered even in my 20 years of nursing. He made an unpleasant experience as comfortable as posible and took enough time to make her understand and feel cared for. TGH urgent care is extremely lucky to have him, as are the patients seen here! Thank you, Matthew!
