TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track (Tyrone)

I had a great experience at this Urgent Care. I was able to make an appt on line. When i got there, the receptionist, Essence was so kind & welcoming. I only had to wait about 5 min. A tech took my vitals & history. Then the nurse practitioner came in & examined me. Everyone was very kind & compassionate. They took my Medicare and supplement so no out of pocket charges.I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

I made an appointment at 5am and was seen right after they opened. Paperwork was completed online so no fumbling papers all over the waiting room. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Had a thorough check up with the Dr. and was completely done in an hour! Staff were very friendly. Had a great first expierence at TBG. I will return if needed!

I wish I would had done the online sign in. If you don't, I'd suggest seating down in the lobby and doing it. I stood at the counter on the kiosk there doing the sign on. Highly recommend to do before going for the first time. Great staff! I was thinking I might have had a kidney stone because of the pain area. She said maybe a pulled muscle. I was hoping she was correct, an I believe she was. Out.of town worker , great experience...but remember to do all the pre sign in online before arrival.

This place is top knotch !! Recently had the worst experience (nightmare) at a “hospital” St Pete General, & visiting your facilities yesterday was how medical professionals & patients interact. Thank you for an exceptional service experience 💙🤙the artwork was amazing

The staff was polite understanding. Including the person at the check in they were knowledgeable about there job. The doctor was very thorough and the nurse was also good at her job and calming. It's a challenging job. And they were great. I left feeling comfortable and content with the care I received Thank you
