Nurse practitioner Carnicer was amazing! Very knowledgeable & kind! Annette the nurse was great also, both are very professional & made it a great experience! Nicole at the front desk did not greet us at all she stared blankly at us, she was rude and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. The office itself isn’t very hygienic they don’t separate the clean from dirty pens at the front desk, no sanitizer, the front waiting room and exam rooms had really dirty floors, tv wasn’t on, & patient bathroom didn’t lock, not very clean or inviting inside, but the care was great!

Peaceful experience from the moment we walked in. Receptionist was thorough and kind. Got into see doctor in a reasonable time frame. Doctor was so welcoming, kind and efficient. Diagnosis clear with a remedy offered. Place clean and nice …spacious waiting room. All went very well.

The doctor was great. But the front desk lady was very unprofessional sorry to say. Because the doctor was great I would go back but the lady front needs to be friendly she is the first person people see she isn't friendly or nice to people at all. She could be nice nothing very cold. No thank you nothing. I don't think I will be coming back. The person at the front does make a difference for me.

I scheduled my appointment on MyChart App, answered the pre-service questions about my symptoms and was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The medical staff were all professional and kind, answering all my questions and concerns. My visit from walk-in to check-out was altogether less than an hour, and I received the care and testing I needed to feel comfortable to go back to work. 10/10 - I highly recommend TGH Urgent Care at Carrollwood!

This place is not fast or on track. I put myself on the waiting list online and once I got there there was no one in the waiting room and they did escort me to the doctor’s room pretty fast. Once they took my weight and temperature, I waiting in the examination room for over an hour with no check in’s. Let me remind you that there was no one on the waiting room and while I was waiting in there for an hour there were doctors outside singing to the radio that was playing through the speakers. This urgent care has no sense of urgency for their patients and I recommend you save yourself 2 hours and just go to your primary physician.
