TGH Brandon Emergency Center

The staff at this facility was exceptional, I came in because I was in the middle of having a stroke I do not know the young man I’m assuming he’s a nurse, RN or Nurse assistant, he was absolutely amazing, an asset to this establishment. Dr Rodriguez is a life saver, she was attentive, compasionate, and knowledgeable about the Clot tracer I was given. I was scared of the unknown and they together helped my fears. It turned out to be a mild stroke because of the quick response from this team so I was sent home within 28 hours after being admitted.

Having never had a pleasant non-traumatic experience at an ER, and shying away from hospitals at all costs normally, I went in by request from the NP at a nearby urgent care for very hi bp and pain. It was quiet thank goodness, I was received cheerfully and admitted right away, I asked each caretaker their name but have forgotten some, The admitting nurse was amazing and kind, I remember she had dark hair and nice lashes and a cool script tat on her left arm. My attending nurse, Judith, (same name as my mom's, irony) was fantastic, calm, kind & nurturing. She took fantastic care of me and did not treat me like I was a hindrance. Wish I would of read the reviews. I was there on 10-11-25 The front desk was great, they took me back right away. The Nurse guy was one of the nicest and helpful person there. The short women doctor was not bad and was trying to figure out the issue. Wish they didn't just look for what they believe issue is and look for what the symptoms are. The young assistant doctor needs to be sent to a manners class or how to talk to other people in general. Very snobby and I'm guessing is a entitled person. She acted as if I was inconvenienceing her asking questions. I don't go to doctors / hospitals much but she almost treated me as if I was a person looking for drugs. This place was not that bad all but young doctor that I saw.

I want to say I had a really good experience at this location TGH Brandon. From Security, registration, Intake to being assisted by everyone in the back. I want to give a shout out to Reggie. He was really awesome. Personable, friendly and just all around great. I watched how he tended to the other patients and he was so kind and respectful, with their request and needs. I enjoyed my momentary stay. I also like how they change the wait area. good job. would recommend.

Shout out to this emergency center. We just moved our mom down here a month ago and she’s been having a hard time finding a doctor until recently (due to just getting insurance figured out and things of that nature ). They helped to make sure that my mother had all the medicines that she needed to get her to to her first doctors appointment. In Ohio, where we come from, some of the medication’s that my mom requires, they would have never given her prescriptions for. Shout out to the staff here at this emergency room in Florida. Thank you so much for taking care of our mother.
