We came here for almost 4 years with little to no issue until recently. Sandra the office manager is very rude along with vanessa. Now I understand the very low rating this office has received. One simple misunderstanding and miscommunication on their end and if you even try to voice reason or anything the don't approve of will get you dismissed from their office. Maybe its a blessing In disguise. Maybe the Dr's. Need to take a step back a read all the reviews and take a look at the staff and do some house cleaning and apologize to all the families they have wrongfully dismissed because staff is rude and won't let you speak directly with anyone above them. I wouldn't say that normally but the reviews are all about the same if it were 1 or 2 bad reviews about staff I would say just an upset

my son has had a cross eye since basically birth and one ear that never developed all the way, we saw Dr. Akin, she did nothing about it for six months until i finally switched pediatricians because i was tired of being told it would fix itself, that new doctor is now irritating me to the max. Dr. Kim was great when we first saw him, now not so much. he immediately started figuring things out for my sons eye and getting him to a specialist, that specialist had taken a year to do anything (and still hasn’t). he finally said we’d do the surgery but he needs an updated MRI as my son has HIE (brain damage due to lack of oxygen during labor and delivery) and the specialist would like to just make sure it hasn’t changed or there isn’t anything affecting his eyes that would change the surgery. he

Aside from the awful experience with the doctor and their assistants. They said they took out insurance then after said they didnt and that we had to pay. Then, they sent it to a debt collector. This practice is crooked in every conceivable way and I would advise parents to steer all the way clear of this place.

Almost caused the death of my son. My son was drinking around 6 or more bottle of water at night and I repeatedly told Dr. Simulescue this and how I was concerned. He told me he was fine (and later told me he just didnt believe me) and this caused my son to have several seizures, one an hour long, and to be flighted to Dallas children's hospital. My son was almost killed by his negligence and I would not recommend anyone to this doctor ever. I hope people read this and see another doctor I could of lost my baby.

UPDATE: they discharged us from the practice shortly after this review 😂 said we were extremely disrespectful to their staff, don't know what we did other than request itemized billing after saying they would refuse to see us unless we paid before our appointment and then I definitely was irritated when they couldn't provide as their billing department had already left. Anyway 🤡 Original: Absolutely would not recommend. After taking newborn (second child) to them for 2 months my honest opinion is I just dont like them. The rooms in their office are hot and stuffy every time. The front desk will hand you a bill as soon as you walk in before you've even said hello and say they wont see you today unless you make a payment.
