Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Odessa

Had a 1030 appointment. Got there at 1015. I didn't get taken back to a room until 1150. Got out of there at 1235. Absolutely unacceptable. The woman giving me a shot had to leave twice. Once to get something and the next time to have someone instruct her on the proper place in the hip to administer shot. All in all a very disappointing experience

The WORST organization system used for charging people. Would be helpful if they at least had a summary of all the service charges to expect bills to arrive by mail or so. Had 2 bill go to collection because they lacked in communication with the customers and 3rd party medical services.

My family and I have been going here for several years. Never see the same Dr, never get any answers. Incredibly long wait times. Dr's/students are very nice, I am just tired of paying for nothing. Am actively looking for a new Dr office.

Always have been top notch. And I go there because it's a training program for interns and nurses, so I get taken care really well and students have another rung up the ladder

F***k*** slow as f**k . My fiancee had a appointment for 2:00. And these nimwhits are just now getting to seeing us, 2:30.
