Experience has been okay overall. However, I called twice this week about refilling my husband’s seizure medication. Was assured it would be filled today. It was never filled and now the refill is overdue. Now I have to wait until Monday at 10am to call it in a THIRD time and hope to heck you can deliver it before Christmas. Can you please fill this vital medication? I’m very concerned as to why this refill request has taken multiple phone calls. Thank you!

Great staff and service! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Never had any issues. My only complaint would be the hours of operation. Would totally be a 5 star if they opened a little earlier or stayed a little later.

RWJ called in my husband’s prescription for his heart medicine before his discharge yesterday, 10/05/2024. Texas Road Pharmacy said they would deliver it yesterday. They did not. He calls them today and they said they have to get it from other store and it would be delivered by 3pm today. Why did you not get it from the other store yesterday or this morning? It has not been delivered, and they are closed. Where is my husband’s heart medication? Totally disgraceful. He’s now gone without his dosage. Really nice after being discharged due to heart related problems. It is now 4pm on the second day of promised delivery, you are closed, and my husband has no medication. You should be reported

The friendly and efficient people who work at this pharmacy are so helpful that they actually call me to check if I want to renew my prescription then call the doc for me. They are excellent at working with the insurance company as well. Beats CVS by a million miles!

I took a Covid test here and when I called for my test results, they told me that they never sent my test to the lab. I confirmed with the lab and they told me that they never received my test. I waited 5 days for my results and they did not even have the courtesy to tell me what happened. When I questioned the pharmacy they lied and told me that all the tests were sent to the lab. However, the last pharmacist that I spoke with told me that a bunch of tests were never sent in to the lab and when I called the lab they told me the same thing. Instead of admitting their negligence they tried to cover it up. The least thing they could have done was offer a free rapid. I will not be going back to this pharmacy again.
