Texas Regional Asthma and Allergy Center - FW

My name is Virginia and I absolutely love this medical practice. From the front desk to behind the scenes, the Texas Regional Asthma and Allergy, Fort Worth Office under Dr. Ruiz is one of the best medical practices I’ve been seen at in a long time. You are always greeted by name and with a smile. The front desk staff are the best! The PA, Jesse is so diligent and detailed when it comes to your care. He doesn’t give up when trying to find a way to treat your issues. Of course Dr. Ruiz is the best in my eyes. Kind, caring and listens. The infusion center is staffed by some really great nurses. It’s always a joy to get my injections just to be able to see them and catch up. I can’t say enough about everyone in the Fort Worth office. Thank you for all that you do!!

Dr. Ruiz, is always compassionate and take time to get a complete history. He fully reviews care plans. The office staff is amazing. I been a pt of this practice for over 25 years.

I used to go to this place to see a different doctor. She did some allergy tests on me and helped me with some prescriptions. She was very helpful. She left. After she left, things started changing. Once, I called. No one picked up. This office wanted to charge $50 to leave a voicemail and have your call returned. For those two reasons, I didn’t want to see them anymore. But my primary doctor refused to help me with my inhalers. She said I had to go to them. The doctor wasn’t there. I had to book an appointment with a PA. While booking the appointment over the phone, I asked if the PA would be able to help with getting my inhaler prescriptions refilled and FMLA paperwork. Over the phone, the woman said yes. All of the office staff are very friendly and very efficient. Dr. Ruiz is very friendly, and knowledgeable. He's going to get my allergy testing done right away. I feel certain that he's going to help me a lot.

I started coming to this facility in Oct/Nov with horrible congestion a running nose constantly. Dr. Ruiz did some tests, put me on 4 meds and my life changed almost overnight. I haven’t breathed this well in years. Literally YEARS. My sense of smell and taste are also recovering since losing it after my 2nd bout of Covid. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Ruiz.
