I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent customer care at TexasMed Clinic Urgent Care in Manor. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, everyone treated me with exceptional kindness and professionalism. They kept checking on me continuously one would come, then another would return to ask how I was feeling. I even felt like I was the only patient there because of the attention and care they gave me. They truly wanted to make sure I received all the help and support I needed before leaving. I highly recommend everyone to visit them whenever you need medical assistance. Their service is outstanding. Thank you guys. Appreciated

I had a very positive experience at this urgent care. The staff was kind, patient, and truly caring. They listened carefully to my concerns and helped me feel comfortable during a stressful time. I felt much better after the treatment. I’m very grateful for their support and would definitely recommend this place.

The receptionist was kind and efficient. The wait time was nothing at all (no one else seemd to be visiting as a patient at that time). The nurse was kind and thorough. The doctor was kind. I was examined for sinus issues, and I also mentioned that I had ear pain. The doctor looked at my throat, listened to my lungs, and then said she would run some tests. She never looked in my ears. The doctor then had the nurse take some swabs for tests, prescribed a medicine that had nothing to do with my sinuses and ears, and said I could leave. I had to ask the nurse if I was contagious, if I was able to go to work, what would happen if I needed more meds, and if the diagnosis and possible medication for that diagnosis would help my ears. I had no issues booking appointment online just before the sunrise on this new year's eve morning. Upon arrival I was checked in right away and out within 1 hour; and yes they do accepted cash in case you need to split card payment. Anti bacterial hand sanitizer in lobby offered as well, and as need be disposable face masks for cough, restrooms available. Great A-team experience, convient, professional; will definitely recommend. Thanks Jose

AI initial intake was efficient and accurate. Really sped the paperwork along before I arrived. I was fortunate to be the only patient in office at the time, so it could not have gone any quicker. Nice staff and great PA.
