I love the PA I see here, and appreciate her expertise and empathy. She is encouraging, and has worked well with me as my condition has fluctuated. She is knowledgeable, but will research and follow up on any issues necessary. I am also pleased that the clinic runs on time. They have also been flexible with scheduling, which is meaningful to me. It can be a little frustrating having calls returned and other clerical issues. But, the front office seems to be improving in this area.

Well, I like the fact that everybody was very professional and this may sound funny, but I like the fact that there was 50 pages of paper that I had to fill out because I told me that this is a good doctor had many pain management doctors and some of them just fill out two pages you know so Dr. J Lafleur really cares about his patience and who he takes on and I’m proud that he took me on very grateful but I was pleased with everybody. Everybody did an excellent job. And I want to thank everybody so much from the bottom of my heart and thank you Dr. Lafleur for taking me on God bless you all

As always, my experience was fabulous yesterday!! The lady who checked me in and the one who brought me back to my room were very kind & professional. Brandy, who I just love, ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me. She is extremely caring, attentive and is ALWAYS there for me no matter what. Brandy is a wonderful asset to Dr. Lafleur's team. And then there is Christie, who LOVE. She is super kind & unbelievably great at what she does, and she does EVERYTHING. And she does it with such ease, she's an incredible lady all around. If I ever have a problem with my insurance, my medication, anything at all, she swoops in and BAM, it is solved just like that! And my favorite doctor ever, Dr. Lafleur, oh my gosh, he is AMAZING! They’re a great team, except they have a terrible time keeping staff sometimes. Dr LaFleur is kind and up to date with various things that I have tried for neck and knee pain…. His new’ PA, Dr Carolyn is wonderful. &. Ms Christi - the office manager - is always been available for questions or problems. Several of my family members have used Them since they came to Pearland. . Overall I’ve enjoyed Dr Lafleur & staff’s care….. :)

This doctor, I was in a hurry and they got me in the previous doctor. I would sit there for four or five hours and it was horrible. The doctor talked to me. We talked about everything medication. he’s got a good plan in place and I think we’re gonna be a good fit. It’s close to my work and he’s been there a while so I think it’s gonna work out fine the nurses the we’re all at everybody from the front desk to the back. we’re all just willing to listen to you and help out anyway they could
