Loved the care I received at Texas Health Allen when delivering our baby girl. The staff are well trained, caring and talented. We had a scheduled induction and didn’t know what to anticipate but despite me being nervous and scared of the pain, the staff was very communicative and anticipatory of my needs. I wanted to try to reposition using a peanut ball after the epidural and my sweet nurse Angie was so accommodating. I could go on and on about her level of care. I felt like she was my biggest cheerleader and knew what to say and when. She lowered my anxiety when it was time to push. It was just the best experience. Excellent ER Experience I had an excellent experience at Texas Presbyterian Hospital on Exchange in Allen. Intake was smooth and efficient, which immediately helped reduce stress during an ER visit. The facility was very clean and well maintained, and the overall environment felt calm and organized. The healthcare staff were professional, attentive, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. From triage to treatment, everything felt well coordinated and handled with care. This was a reassuring, well-run emergency room experience, and I’m grateful for the level of professionalism shown by the entire team.

I received an outpatient procedure here. I was a bit skeptical, at first, because of the negative reviews but came anyway because I trust my doctor & his referrals ... and I'm glad I did! The Front Desk staff was friendly & accommodating. The hospital looked & smelled fresh & clean. Dr. A. Moger did an outstanding job; he is quite adept at what he does & I am grateful for his skillfulness while performing the procedure! I left the hospital the same way that I came --- walking upright with NO pain! I also want to give kudos to my dear Rudy, who I felt was a brother from another mother. He definitely knows how to administer "cocktails", lol!!! I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way our scheduled induction was handled. We registered a month in advance for the induction of our firstborn child, and yet the facility waited until 45 minutes before our arrival time to inform us that our appointment was being canceled because the unit was full. Our scheduled arrival was at 5 PM. The facility had the entire day to notify us, but instead we were contacted at the last possible moment—forcing us to turn around, go home, and deal with unnecessary stress during a time that should be filled with anticipation and preparation. Wonderful staff of nurses here. Had an unexpected early delivery at 2am during the snow storm and from check in all the way to being released our experience went exceptional all 3 days we were patients here and that’s thanks to the entire staff of ladies. Tina,Misti,Camille, Amber and Dr Chadda are all amazing health professionals but even more so, they are amazing people who you can just tell enjoy what they do caring for families and babies during the most hectic of times, and it’s so reassuring to have that kind of warm hearted good to the core of a person come in and be there for you and your baby. Saw some negative reviews as we were planning our delivery a few weeks back, and it got me a little worried I won’t lie, but our experience here couldn’t have been any more different than
