Very pleased with this office from the beginning. The front desk was very welcoming and upbeat. The wait time was not long at all, and the nurse that pulled me back was friendly, thorough, and efficient. I felt the same way about Dr. Le. He was very easy to talk to, very smart, very thorough and seemed empathetic to my concerns. I felt heard and feel like we are finally getting closer to figuring out what has been causing my symptoms. Checkout was also impressive, she was very sweet and thorough and patient. I left the office thinking wow, best doctor’s office I’ve been to in a while and there has been a lot! Great job team!

I am pleased. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. This was my first visit with Dr. Le. He had already retrieved my records from my prior provider and reviewed them. I was impressed with his no nonsense attitude. I like a straight shooter. He was recommended by 2 other doctors. I thank them for that. His nurse Melissa was delightful.

My appointment with Buffy was perfect. The nurses/technicians were friendly, adept at their work, and answered all my questions. Buffy was thorough, asked insightful questions, and gave me answers that were tailored to my needs.

Buffy Marie Powell shared information that I was not aware of - information that was directly applicable and motivating to me personally. In a time when doctor’s offices are required to do more and more with less funding and support - she took extra time and attention and made me feel like I was getting her full attention and care. You all knocked it out of the park!

First time at this clinic. I had a consultation with Dr. Tu Khac Phan Le, so professional, kind and took his time to answer questions and concerns. I was beyond amazed at how wonderful everyone is. The patient care is at another level, since the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I totally recommend this office.
