I have been with Terani Williams and this office over 10 years. Always squeezes me in, takes the time to listen to and talk with me. Never a rushed appt. If I have a concern that requires a specialist, she is quick to have the referral done. She know and sees not only my direct family but also my extended. The whole family history is there. Love her and her assistant Juanita. 5 stars from this lady.

I had an amazing first visit. Results were promptly updated to MyChart and follow up referrals were completed within a week. Dr Sotelo was excellent. Very happy and will continue going here. 5 stars

Excellent family practice care! Dr Sotelo, medical assistant and front office staff are very responsive! This office is 25 mi from home & I've been going there for a very long time & will continue to do so. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Sotelo is great. Support staff also great. Really the only thing wrong with going to this place is they refuse to bill my insurance because it’s “out of network“ Seems really dumb, making me pay for it in full and trying to get a refund from my insurance company. They are professionals at collecting from insurance and they could easily just bill me for the difference. Not user-friendly. Considering finding an in network doctor as my PCP

Hand Down!! Dr Williams is THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!! I am a 58 year old Black Man, I haven’t felt this healthy in years, due to her professional expertise, guidance and direction. She Always takes her time to ensure I am provided the best medical care possible. Thanks Dr Williams
