Love this office everyone is so amazing. You feel like family. Chelsea is the bomb. She spends time listening and getting to the bottom of the situation to find the cure. She truly cares. She is also is so quick to answer any questions that may arrive that I put in MyChart plus I can get my prescriptions refilled through the app with her. Helps so much. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this office. They are wonderful.

I absolutely love Texas Health Family Care! I have been a patient there for 7 years and they have always taken great care of me. The patient portal has been a great help too and easy to navigate. I always get prompt replies when I have questions. BIG praise to Joshua Crawford, PA! I can’t say enough good things about him. He is kind, attentive, funny, listens and explains what I need to know about my health. He genuinely cares for his patients!

I can't even put into words how amazing It is to be under the care of Jane. She Is so knowledgeable and kind! She genuinely cares about me as a person. She takes the time to go through my stuff thoroughly but in the same note never keeps me waiting too long. I have been using this location as well as the highland village location for over 20 plus years I am so glad that she has joined Texas health. Also have to give a shout out to the nurses, office staff and the phlebotomy tech ❤️ I greatly appreciate the entire team at Lake cities medical!

I’ve been seeing Dr Maxwell and his staff for two years. I’ve been very pleased with everyone in his office. The phlebotomist was a pro, the best stick ever. Dr Maxwell takes the time to go over everything and he listens and discusses solutions. Professional, caring experience all through out the visit".

Scheduling an appointment and checking in was a quick easy process. The parking lot was full upon arrival; however, I did not spend more that 5 minutes in the lobby. The provider took time to explain things and showed genuine concern. My whole visit was about 30 minutes including labs. The phlebotomist was amazing and I did not even feel the needle stick and you can barely tell where it was! I would highly recommend this office!
