I'm a new patient because of the challenges of insurance. I've been to a couple other doctors & this time I was hoping in would have a positive experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness of the staff. First great experience was at the front desk. Very courteous & helpful. Nurse was also kind & helpful. To my great joy I had the privilege of meeting the PA , Aria Nicholai. She is the most gentle, kind, knowledgeable & thorough doctor I've been to. I can easily give this practice a perfect score!

My appointment was spectacular. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Hames is outstanding. I've never had a doctor that made me feel like they were truly invested in my health and wellness and that took the time to truly investigate my family history. I'm so glad I chose this doctor's office. If you're looking for a PCP I can't recommend them enough!

Aria Nicolai and Juliet Clutter are both extremely patient and attentive to every concern I had with my kids. Highly recommend them. The front desk are respectful and greet with a soft tone. I'm not the type to write reviews but this place has been very kind to us thus far.

I’ve been a patient here for about a year now. The physician is great and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Overall, the medical assistants, front desk staff, and providers have been wonderful. However, I’ve recently had ongoing issues with obtaining my insulin along with other medications. Communicating with the department responsible for medication refills has been challenging (triage department, I believe) I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours, but often there was no response within that timeframe, or no response at all. I understand that insulin refills require provider approval; however, in this case it took almost a week to receive a response, until I went in person. How did my procedure yesterday? Everyone was very polite. It did take over two hours to get into the operating room. My doctor had a lot of patience overall besides the long weight everything was great. All nurses and assistance were Very attentive.
