The driver (I forgot to ask his name) is absolutely the most personable person I have had the pleasure to meet in several years. The value of an employee such as this is immeasurable. He will stop for just a brief moment but it seems like you’ve talked with him much longer. Very lucky to have him on your team.

I love the fact that their app lets you know an approximate time of delivery. It is so helpful! I don’t know if the newer drivers know how to use the app and wish all of them could be trained on it and would understand the importance of using it properly. The driver today used it and the delivery experience was very good.
