Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

I absolutely loved my experience at Breeze. Went in for simple stitches in heel and being an older person, I was concerned when a lady came in coughing, and wheezing, obviously very sick…..I looked over at the desk and the lady made eye contact with me right away. She motioned for me to step into another area with a wall between the sick lady and me. I guess she saw my concern when there was only one seat and it was right next to me. 🫣. When I got to the back room, everyone was so very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast to get me out of there and back home to my family. 8 stitches later and out the door I went (all under an hour) back to my family for the holidays. This was the best urgent care visit ever! From the minute I walked in the door, the team was welcoming. Whitney at the reception greeted me with warmth and conversation. Kit listened carefully, eased my fears, and put me at ease. Lizzy was outstanding! She has the perfect balance of professionalism and a real down to earth person. I was amazed at how fast they took care of my health issue. They transformed my anxiety into a positive, reassuring experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better urgent care visit.

Lizzy the provider was excellent. She has cared for me and my family multiple times and always takes time to listen and understand the situation. She has never failed once to take care of us with extraordinary care and professionalism. Also I was brought back fast and did not have to wait for care. This breeze has become my go to place when I need quick and urgent care.

Everything from beginning to end was good. Making the appointment was easy. Not having to stop at the desk for paperwork was convenient. The nurse was thorough and kind. The provider was timely and knowledgeable. Information was given and prescriptions called in as promised. We will definitely return here and recommend to everyone.

Definitely a 10!! The staff and the provider was easy to deal with and very professional and knowledgeable... my whole family will be going to Texas Health Breeze in W'ford on S. Main Street moving forward. Johnny Dickey
