Customer Reviews
Such an amazing experience!! I wasn’t feeling good and tried to call and make an appointment with my primary care physician, who said they were unable to meet with me in person and could only do a virtual visit and later in the afternoon. I had been going to them for a few years and still spent an hour total on the phone (mostly being put on hold, transferred, and hung up on) before I went ahead and canceled my appointment and called this Urgent Care. That’s where the customer service really showed up. They made an appointment for me within 30 minutes, I got there early, and they had me back in a room before my actual appointment time. They tested me for Covid, strep, and flu within a few minutes. After the test, they verified I had strep and got my medication prescribed. In and out so q
Overall, the facility was clean and well maintained. I had an appointment and got in fairly quickly. I loved the nurse that took my vitals and was able to have a pleasant conversation with her. When the PA came in, I instantly felt a shift in the demeanor. I had some confusion about some of the details of what I was feeling and it was like I was being scolded for not knowing exactly. What I’m trying to say is the PA had horrible bedside manner. As a health professional myself, I take great pride in making people feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations and this PA clearly did not feel the same. She was very flat and a bit curt, especially when I was trying to describe symptoms and didn't seem like she even cared. That is just not what I think I would want my clients to feel about me an
Tell you what, half the battle with utilizing these insta-care centers, a.k.a. doc-in-a-box places, well now, the battle is knowing when visiting this kind of place is appropriate. What's the problem? It's that the burden is on you, the patient-consumer, to know where you're supposed to go, depending on what your issues may be. Hence, the mix of reviews. Take my case, for instance. I hurt myself while working at home. I called my regular doc, but they were closing in minutes. They didn't offer me any alternatives, so I flat out asked, What should I do, then? They told me to go to an urgent care. Googled that. Found this. Easily booked online. Showed up, got seen, had x-rays, got a bandage, and left. Sure, I was crying my wrinkly old eyes out from pain. Sure, I had asked what to do. Sure,
The team was incredibly efficient and professional, yet still so warm and friendly. From the reception desk representative to the medical assistants who took my blood pressure and completed my intake, everyone made me feel cared for. The physician truly took the time to listen to my concerns, which I deeply appreciated. The entire facility is clean, inviting, and well kept. I would gladly recommend this place to everyone.
The facility was clean and efficient, but the experience lacked friendliness and genuine care. The visit felt rushed—more like a drive-through, heavy on the urgent..lacking in the care. I left without any diagnostic testing and was simply given an antibiotic “just in case” my untested symptoms worsened. During peak flu season, it’s disappointing that no testing was done for common illnesses aligned with my symptoms. Ultimately, I paid a copay to have my vitals checked, with no real answers or reassurance. Additionally, the lack of basic courtesy from the PA was noticeable. Patients often arrive feeling stressed or anxious, and a little kindness—starting with a smile—goes a long way. The minimal engagement and lack of attentiveness significantly diminished the quality of care. However, sho
