Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

I visited on Wednesday, 2/18/26, and I must say that the entire staff on duty that evening was nothing but amazing and attentive. I want to personally say THANK YOU to Dr. Levi for going above and beyond to ensure I had the best treatment plan before leaving. Most importantly, he did not dismiss my symptoms or concerns, and I truly appreciate him for that. I highly recommend this place, especially the evening staff (sorry, I don’t remember the names of the three nurses who tended to me that night), but I thank you all as well. I am feeling much better now 🩷

I love THR. My primary care physician is with THR. I took my elderly father to THR Frisco many times and he passed there in good hands due to old age. The Breeze Clinic is another great option. Much quicker and cheaper than a full ER and more availability, especially on the weekend, than at my PCP. It feels like a spa. I have taken my five year old daughter to Breeze the last few months and it is always an easy and efficient experience.

While in-between doctor visits, I had a health concern. Since I wouldn't be visiting my physician for two weeks, I chose to go to the Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care facility. What's amazing is my physician is with the Texas Presbyterian Health Care system! Both facilities are connected and all info is electronically transmitted in the system! I don't have to remember to relay anything, it's already in my file. Love it! Services were exemplary. Facility is clean, welcoming, staff warm & friendly & get the job done.

I came to this clinic. She drew a line on the test tube and told me that I needed to fill it up to that line. After I went out and gave her the container, she started pouring it into two other tubes and said that it wasn’t enough. But I told her that she had drawn the line for me, and I filled it exactly as she asked. Then she said that maybe if I had bladder problems, I should make another appointment. I told her that I don’t have any bladder problems. I found that offensive. After that, she behaved very unprofessionally and tried to explain to me that I had done something wrong, even though I did exactly what she told me to do. They said I couldn't leave the clinic and needed to drink water to finish the process, but I had things to do and couldn't spend that much time on it, and they bl

This was my first experience at a Breeze urgent care center. Nothing but excellent care and attention at the Frisco location on Eldorado. The staff and nurse were very attentive, friendly, concerned and caring about my elderly mom with dementia. One of the staff members saw I was struggling with getting my mom out of the car and she immediately came out with a wheelchair and offered assistance. I knew immediately we were at the right place. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and took her time with us. They went over and beyond what I experienced in other urgent care. The facility is also very clean and there was no wait. I wish I remembered everyone’s names so they can be specially recognized as I am so grateful for how they helped us. From now on, I will only go to Breeze Urgen
