Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

TH Breeze Urgent Care was great! I had an appointment. The sent pre work and there was no waiting. Kanssa, Alicia and Alondra were professional and all went great. Curtis came in. Did his check up and gave me time for my self diagnosis and was a great experience. He gave me his thoughts on treatment and we were done. I’ll use them again if needed. You should too.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was so kind and welcoming from the front desk all the way through my visit. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their patients. We were in and out quickly, and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Best medical experience I have ever had. The atmosphere and esthetic is calming like a spa. They offer you a drink while you wait, which isn't long at all. Every staff member was phenomenal. The PA listened and was very professional. I wasn't rushed or treated like a number. This place is above and beyond.

Top notch! Fatima was incredibly helpful and polite at check-in. I started to cry because I didn’t feel well and I was overwhelmed. Fatima was a dear sweet young lady who put me at ease and took care of my check-in without issue. She is a gem!!!!!!!!!! 💎 Karissa was a kind nurse who was a fabulous conversationalist. She had honest communication and was patient as I spoke (even with my brain fog) and shared the details of my symptoms and administered my tests with excellent bedside manner. Karissa was very thorough when chatting with me about my discharge paperwork before I left. She even made sure I got out the door okay. I visited Breezes urgent care yesterday and had one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. The nurse was kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor was very hands-on and thorough, and I truly felt he did everything possible to help me using his medical expertise. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone
