The staff was quick and friendly on getting me checked in, called back, pretesting done, and I didn't have to wait very long before the provider came in to see me. After a thorough exam, she ordered extra testing which was done right away. I didn't have to wait long at all for her to come back in the room to go over the results. She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond with her treatment recommendations.

My first visit here was great. They saw me promptly, ran tests quickly, and I was back home in less than an hour. The second visit was completely the opposite. Long wait in the lobby, long wait in the exam room, tests run late when they could have been run immediately based on symptoms. Mind you there were no other patients when I got there so no clue what was taking so long. Here’s a tip, when patients come in we’re clearly not feeling well and quite irritable. It doesn’t help when you abandon us in an exam room and congregate at the nurses station chatting and laughing instead of diagnosing us and getting us back home.

PA Smitha and the nursing staff were so friendly and professional. I was able to receive perfect care and treatment in time. I would strongly recommend this urgent care place to my family and my neighbors.

I used to really like going to the Allen location—everyone always seemed so nice. However, my last few visits felt different. The doctor was great, but the receptionist and the nurse didn’t seem interested in engaging at all. Their attitude came across as cold and dismissive. Unfortunately, I’ll probably look for another location moving forward.

Great experience from the start! Both the nurse Maria as well as the PA Smitha have great bedside manners and are so competent and caring. The meds prescribed by Smitha are working already and I'm already feeling much better. The receptionists were so polite and welcoming as well. So glad to have this great facility in our neighborhood! It's clean, welcoming and very well maintained.
