DODDA diagnosed me with a life threatening disease on the paperwork without telling me or anyone explaining it! No additional paperwork stating which form. when I called to ask they said to wait for my 2 week follow up which they didnt have anything for 3 weeks or the doctor to call me back and if im feeling weird or in pain go to the er "DONT WAIT" now im more nervous and I have to wait for someone to call me!! When I asked why he didnt inform me himself she said he isn't a doctor.
