The nurses were extremely caring and made my child feel comfortable. The provider took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way I could understand. The entire visit was smooth, and we didn’t have to wait long. I’m grateful for the care we received!”. Don’t go with negative reviews.

We were turned away 30 minutes before closing woth only one family in the office. Please close this office or change all staff. Below is the email I sent to the office manager. Good evening, My family and I were in Galveston for a family Christmas event when our 4 year old daughter continued complaining about pain in her ear. We cut our evening short and searched for the closest Texas Children's urgent care we could find. We found the Pearland location. Our understanding of "urgent care" is that if we come, we will be taken care of. As noted by the time sent/received of this email in alignment with your office's call records, we had arrived well before the close of 10:00pm, but we were turned away. My daughter called to see if we could bring my 1 year old granddaughter to the urgent care and the lady on the phone said yes. We drive all the way over there just to be reversed service. We told them her symptoms (cough, vomiting and fever) and they still refused us service. One of the employees told my daughter I been here since 12. What does that have to do with my grandbaby being seen. I called from the parking lot and asked can they please see her. The lady on the phone told me that they can start reversing people when they want to. She also stated that, they do it for the safety of the providers. Aren't the providers there to treat sick children? I will never ever take my grandbaby there again.

This is my second visit to Urgent Care within 24 hours, and on this occasion, I visited the Texas Children’s Pediatric location. The experience was significantly different; the staff genuinely listened to both my son and me, took his asthma seriously, addressed our concerns, and ensured he received the appropriate care. Rebecca and Cat, nurse practitioners, demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion. We felt genuinely supported and understood, and we left with the care and reassurance we needed. I appreciate the dedicated doctors and staff here. For parents seeking quality care for their children, I highly recommend this facility.

From the age of 5 to 11 I've had to bring my nephew for several boys problems to this Urgent Care. From broken finger to breathing difficulties, sprained ankle and always and I repeat always been treated with upmost respect and concern for my nephews ailments. From the receptionist to the PA, I don't believe they have physicians (we don't need them with these very capable PAs) at this location all have been very professional, kind and caring about my nephew. I cannot see how anyone can post a negative post about them. We've been there so often that the nurses recognize him. Thank you so much to all the wonderful people that work at TCH urgent care in Pearland.
