Texas Children's Urgent Care Cinco Ranch

We visited this urgent care yesterday and had a great experience! We came in as walk-ins and didn’t have to wait long. The nurse was very kind, and the doctor was also wonderful — everything was done quickly and efficiently. The place itself is clean, nice-looking, and well-organized. Overall, we were very happy with our visit and would definitely recommend it!

My baby loves this place! The environment is very clean, beautifully decorated, and convenient. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Online check-in is quick and easy—once we arrive, we just confirm our name at the front desk and everything goes smoothly. Highly recommended!

Angel Simon needs to be retrained or reassigned, the training should be on how to speak to parents of sick children. The tone in her throat when I asked a simple question about my sons appt means she doesn’t know where she works or how to handle the front desk. I love this location typically bc of its staff. I won’t let one person drag the whole place down but whomever is at the front desk is of vital importance and she is not the right fit.

I really love this urgent care. Like any business they have their ups and downs, but the staff here truly cares. They even have an amazing police officer on site who is so thoughtful and protective. He always watches over patients late at night to make sure everyone gets in and out safely, and he doesn’t leave until families are fully loaded and on their way. He’s great with the patients too. Out of all the locations I’ve been to, this one is definitely my favorite.

Front desk staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful. We came in without an appointment and it was still a very quick visit. The practitioners allowed my infant son to be involved and express his curiosity with the instruments during all the steps of the checkup. Little things like that make you feel more comfortable with them handling your kids. Also, very little waiting which is great when you have small children!
