Both of my children see Dr. Zachary and I love her! She’s literally probably the nicest person I’ve ever met and she does listen to every concern you mention. There have been times I feel like we are coming to see her weekly and she never seems annoyed or dismissive. Happy we found this office! Also to mention, the nurse Debbie who handles MyChart messages is so nice, quick, and helpful. My only complaint would be my 2 yr old finding someone’s pill on the floor and nearly putting it in her mouth. It turned out to be nothing that would have harmed her but it’s concerning the opportunity was there and I never heard from anyone in management to follow-up/apologize. Lastly, we did see a floater one time when Dr. Z was on maternity leave and she put in a referral for my child to see ECI without

Amazing customer service ! Little to no wait time every time I come for my babies appointments! All of the providers and staff are super professional and nice ! Overall amazing experience every time I come . I have been coming here for 3 years .

Never came here they just send letter informing you that all of your kids are dismissed from the clinic due to no show up appointment when nobody explained this at first they never called me to let me know nothing we love Dr. doorset and we are self pay patients but the didn’t care I already call three times to fix this but first it was close and the lady put a message they never call the second time I call and the receptionist answered she didn’t care at all I told her I want to talk to someone in charge we love the doctor here and nobody told me about it and she just told me I will ask but they never call me back this is not ok not telling the parents about that rule and just send a letter to their houses telling them that all the kids cannot been seen by that clinic no more it’s not ok

Dr. Chin is the best pediatric doctor. She see all 3 of our girls. 3m-16y. Debbie at the front is great!

Dr. Zachary has been an incredible support system for our family. From the very first visit, she’s been nothing short of amazing—so personable, warm, and genuinely caring. She always takes the time to listen, never rushes through appointments, and is incredibly attentive to all of my questions—whether they’re big concerns or just the little things that pop up in everyday parenting. As a now second-time mom, I can confidently say that Dr. Zachary has played a huge role in helping me feel more grounded and capable. Her calm, reassuring presence and thoughtful guidance have given me so much peace of mind. I truly feel seen, heard, and supported every time we walk into her office. We’re so grateful to have her caring for our boys!
