Believe everything bad you’ve ever heard about this clinic. The doctors will treat your children like furniture. They are so incredibly disrespectful to both the children and ultimately the parents and caregivers. They still use paper forms and you have to rewrite all your information about twenty times per child at EVERY visit. It’s absurd. On top of that, the facilities are old and dirty, and they don’t have division of well and sick children in the waiting room. The only bright side to this clinic is the lovely security guard. Visit at your peril.

My son went in and got a strep culture done, they came back and said it was negative. Took my son home and did everything normal. I receive a phone call a week later in the afternoon saying his test is actually positive and to take certain precautions so that it doesn’t spread to us or others as it’s highly contagious. The staff is nice but I’m beyond disappointed at how this was handled.

I would definitely give this facility a negative rating if possible. We have been long time patients at another Texas children's location and absolutely loved it however, it was a bit of a drive so we tried the katy location since it's closer. That was the first visit and the last. The front desk staff were cold and had no customer service skills then when we were taken to the back, one of my kids was given a hearing test and I was told he has absolutely no hearing in one ear ( I later took him to an audiologist who said he has normal hearing with no hearing loss), my other child complained about stomach pain and was simply told to not eat dairy without any additional questions or testing and no warrant for the diagnosis. He also needed a booster vaccine but we opted to come at a later t

Shame I have been taking my two kids here since newborn stage. I went in today and apparently the appointment that the app had me scheduled for wasn’t even supposed to be scheduled. Then the lady at the front desk walks to the back pretending to ask someone if the appointment could still go on even though it not having to be scheduled in the first place. She then proceeded to tell me that they tried reaching me yesterday and today. I have no missed calls from both days. She then told and we have no insurance on file. Yea I know, I was ready to pay the $150. I wasted time, baby sitter money, gas money and I called off work for a mishap that could be easily solved if the calls were actually made when supposed too.
