I’ve continued to use this location because it’s only 10 minutes from our home, but after multiple frustrating experiences, I won’t be returning. It is extremely difficult to get appointments with my son’s primary doctor, and when we do, we are routinely waiting 30–45 minutes past the scheduled time before being called back. At our most recent visit, I brought my son in for ear pain and had already explained to the nurse that he had a minor physical accident a few days prior. When the doctor entered, she asked to record our conversation “for notes.” We have seen her before and this has never been requested. It felt unusual and uncomfortable, but I didn’t feel like I could decline. He was diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed oral antibiotics. I clearly explained that my son has a

HORRIBLE. I called inquiring if they accept those who are exempt from vaccines. I was told they do. Once we arrived at our appointment, everything was great.... until we got to the vaccines! KARL MIGACZ's entire demeanor changed & kept pestering us as to why we chose not to administer them to our newborn. Stated we needed to find another Dr. We sure will!! Mad because you wouldn't be getting any BONUS/ INCENTIVE off us?? People, if you are keen on delaying or completely refusing vaccines DON'T GO TO ANY TEXAS CHILDRENS OFFICE!! Later we get a bill. They never billed insurance company! Called their office Hailey hung up in my face after speaking over me and being extremely rude. Glad I'm not dealing with this office anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with how my 6-year-old daughter was suddenly released from this doctor’s office. The dismissal letter was sent out the same day she had an appointment , an appointment she attended in person. We received no warning, no prior communication, and no explanation that her care was at risk. They stated we were told that at the start of my daughters policy ,that somewhere in the beginning it showed if a patient has missed multiple appointments, but we were never informed of any issues or any missed appointments that this would happen until the day she was dismissed. Our daughter has never missed back-to-back appointments or enough appointments to be dropped. I was a little hesitant going in because of the doctors reviews on here, but Dr. KARL M MIGACZ was awesome to our family! While i understand not everyone will have the same experiences, he was informative, thorough, and kind to me and my boys. He didn’t push us to get certain things done and it felt like he understood that I was proactive in my children’s care.

We saw Dr. Bloomberg for the first time today and she was absolutely amazing! She listens to your concerns and really cares about your child! Would definitely recommend her at this practice! We did have an experience with another provider that was not good and almost had me not coming back so I can’t say much about the other providers. Dr. Bloomberg and her staff are absolutely amazing though! Could not be happier with her!
