Teton Physical Therapy

Wonderful Experience! I was fortunate to meet Stephen while in the hospital for a bad foot ulcer. Stephen took great care of me while in the hospital and then afterwards took great care of me at Teton Physical Therapy. I had been battling the problem for well over a year and after a month with Stephen, I can excitedly say that my foot is 100% healed. Stephen was able to do something no one else had been able to do in a long time. Not only was the care terrific, but Stephens great personality and positive attitude made the visits something to look forward to. I could not recommend him or the facility any higher!

As a rule, I do not write reviews, as I believe everybody has different opinions on things, and they need to try something for themselves. But my experience with Teton Physical Therapy has been such a good one that I felt that I had to share. I have been a patient of Teton Physical Therapy for the last four years. Over this time, I’ve gotten to known to my therapists, Emily and Megan, quite well. I don’t know what I would do without them at this point in my life, as I need somebody that knows me, keeps track of my condition and keeps in touch with my doctor concerning my progress or any medical issues that they feel he needs to know about. Update to my previous one star review - Teton Physical Therapy addressed my frustrations directly and without excuses. I was extremely frustrated by the cost of a simple initial evaluation. Though we all understand there is little that can be done once the 'care is provided' they genuinely seemed to care about the challenges provided by the situation. The care we received was good and the doctor was very easy to talk to and thoughtful.

First of all, I need to say that PT Sandeep was amazing and this review reflects nothing negative on him. On my initial visit, I was frustrated and concerned when I was told I would be seeing a PT “Margaret” for my herniated disc and then without being told, instead was seen by an intern for that evaluation and the subsequent visits. I was never seen by PT Margaret. I finally got to see PT Sandeep who was excellent but on one occasion due to an emergency I needed to reschedule my appointment and when I called several times that morning I couldn’t get through to the office. I tried to leave text messages on two numbers and one seemed to go through. I got a VM message the following day that due to my “no-show” they were canceling all my future appointments with Sandeep. Poor communication and no follow through. I waited two weeks for a call for an appointment after leaving all the required insurance information and when I called again after two weeks (on a Friday) the office had no idea what I was calling about and suggested they reach out to my insurance company and call me back Monday. With appointments 2 weeks out, this would have been over a month of waiting. I decided to move in another direction.
