I’m not particularly thrilled that they closed during my dental appointment due to weather and didn’t call and reschedule it after I waited two months to get in for that appointment. Nobody called even to reschedule or tell me my appointment was canceled I had to call and hear it on the voicemail. Seems unprofessional to not tell a patient their appointment is canceled. I always had a great experience with this dentist office otherwise, but that’s not okay. I definitely expect a call if someone is canceling with me. Just the same they expect in return.

Dr. Rieck is the best. Love the service and office staff are all friendly and get you in right away. They sincerely care about your dental health.

Never judgemental, very understanding and helpful and most importantly gentle.. The only dentist to ever give me novocaine without any pain.
