Avoid This Provider — Unprofessional, Dismissive, and Refuses Standard Care I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Dr. Winegar was serious enough that I feel other patients need to be aware. I had an appointment with him on 11/14/25 regarding ongoing shoulder issues, a recent injury, and a prior authorization for my prescribed medication that had been delayed for over two weeks. When I asked for help getting the authorization completed, he told me it wasn’t his job to fill out prior authorization paperwork — even though this is a standard part of patient care. During the visit, he became dismissive and refused to continue providing the care I came in for, including declining a B-12 injection he had approved at previous appointments. Dr Wineger is just an amazing kind, PATIENT, old school doctor. Old school in the way that you can sit and talk to your doctor and they really listen and respond in a professional, kind familiar way. I would also like to give a shout out to his staff! The ladies that support the office are equally as dedicated to providing first class treatment to all their patients with kindness and compassion.

Dr Winegar has been treating my family over many years. He's professional,educated and personable We love the staff too We pray he never retires because no one can fill his shoes!!
