I've been going to Dr. Poole to get my teeth cleaned since I was a little girl. I'm now 39 years old and I bring my 8 year old Autistic son there as well. First off I want to point out how Dr. Poole hasn't aged since the 90's! Secondly, the hygienist who servicesmy son and I, Ms. Stacy, is AWESOME! My son used to resist and make it challenging for Ms. Stacy and Poole to clean and examine his teeth, but after some time he'll willingly let them do their thing without any resistance! Ms. Stacy is very patient, and talks my son through the process. She identifies the instrument, let's him feel it, and tells him what the next step is. Her voice is soothing, stern, and assuring. My new‑patient experience was excellent. Giovanni, the hygienist, was incredibly friendly and professional. She explained every step of what she was doing, was very thorough, and cleaned my teeth gently while still doing an outstanding job. The practice itself is spotless and beautifully designed, which made the visit even more comfortable. Dr. Poole was very personable and easy to talk to. I left feeling genuinely pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend this practice.

I was visiting Cincinnati and I had a painful toothache. It was so bad I cannot fly home or eat or drink anything. Dr. Pool was contacted through Dr.Shomo who is the President of The Cincinnati Medical Association which is a professional organization for African-American physicians. Dr. Poole called me, I describe to him what was going on. He told me to come to his office by 8:30 AM the next day. He took me in immediately and did an emergency root canal. A procedure that took two appointments. I was able to fly out the same day after the 2nd procedure. I cannot express in words of how grateful I am of these two wonderful doctors. From the time you walk through n the door it is a great experience. The person at the receptionist desk is pleasant and welcoming. The office is neat clean and calming. The staff members I came in contact with were helpful. The actual dentist was personable and provided solutions to my dental situation. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care. I have been a patient of Dr. Poole's for over 20 years. Unfortunately due to my insurance changing last year, I had to go somewhere else last year and there was a big difference in how that office communicated with me. I was so glad that I was able to come back this month as I had a tooth infection and was able to get in right away. It was my first time seeing Dr. Wallace and he was very kind and professional and told me right away that I would need a root canal due to a crack in my feeling in my bottom rear molar.
