I wish there was a zero option because they don’t deserve one star. Today, they registered my pregnant daughter, got a urine sample, checked blood sugar and blood pressure. Asked her to undress, and waited until ALL of this to tell her that they weren’t going to treat her because her BMI was too much. Disgusting!!!

I became a patient in 2023 due to a pregnancy and wasn’t impressed and was uncomfortable with Shannon the NP at the time. It left me dreading the visits. I made my annual pap appointment with Daphney and I was IMPRESSED. She listened, she relayed back her opinion and then asked me what I thought right after, she asked me mentally how I’m doing and if I needed anything. She walked me through several processes on new things for me. Asked me how my overall health was and if she could do anything elsewhere. She was incredibly sweet and welcoming too. I felt so seen and heard and left with no anxiety. I’m moving to Dallas this month but will drive the extra bit to keep her on my care team.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I stress do not go to this place at all. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. I had my Nexplanon replaced a week ago, October 6th, and less than 4 days later I had an infection in the site. I called, stressed my concern, and explained my symptoms. I was told I couldn’t be seen until the following day, so I went to the ER. Unfortunately they couldn’t do much but give me a antibiotic, and I was told to go to the appointment that was scheduled. Once at the appointment, I sat there for 2 hours, only to be told she had never seen something like this.. She had to look up how to care for me and was told they were not going to take it out and prescribed another antibiotic, which made me unbelievably sick.
