Called to ask if I could schedule a visit. Front desk receptionist stated I would have to be there in person. Asked if I could get an estimate for my visit with my insurance. Receptionist rudely dismissed me and stated I would have to come there in person. If you are able to quote me a price for my visit in person than you can do that over the phone. Terrible customer service

First impressions matter and unfortunately the attitude from the front desk sets a very negative tone for anyone walking in. My son & I came in for a simple school physical & overheard the front desk girl Cristina being dismissive, unhelpful, and incredibly rude to an existing patient trying to get help. From the moment I walked in she was speaking to this patient in such a condescending tone, it was very inappropriate. I hope management addresses this issue, because no one should be treated this way when seeking services. Now the provider Andrea is completely amazing! She’s so friendly, kind, & knowledgeable.

My daughter and I have been here since 8:15 a.m. trying to get a Covid-19 test. It is now 9:50 and we haven’t been able to call and check in from the car like they asked. It took an hour to even get through and now I’ve been on hold for 35 mins and still, no answer. I’ve seen people that were here before me leave but yet have I seen anyone getting tested, this is beyond ridiculous. Avoid this center if possible. It’s not super busy but yet no one has been seen, I’m leaving now.

I had to take my husband in tonight and within one hour they had him checked in, diagnosed and after getting a necessary shot and prescription we were done! The nurse even got him a wheelchair to get him out to the car comfortably. Very kind staff and clean areas! Thank you all for your help and making an already crazy day end on a good note! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this care center for over 5 years for various reasons. Each and every time I am treated with respect and dignity as if I was the only patient they had. Everyone from the front desk to the back office are helpful and positive. I appreciate all these folk a great deal!
