Please find another dentist they honestly just want your money, I work in the exact same position and profession like this and they shouldn’t try to take anyone’s money. From May 2025 to November I have been tryi bf to call them to give me a refund of what I OVERPAID THEM, and they just ignore me and never get back to me how dare they take my money. I was assigned to them by my previous employers dental insurance , I had paid in advance for five dental treatments before I could finish the fifth one. I changed jobs and had to find another dentist office when I advise them this I asked them to please refund the last payment since no services were actually done since I no longer went to this office, then all of a sudden they said I had late fees of this, and I had asked for extra services on
