Tennessee Pediatrics

We’ve been going to Dr. Moore since our first child was born. She’s now 8 years old and we have 3 of her younger siblings going too! Dr. Moore is great, very friendly and kind. She gives us her medical opinions on vaccines but doesn’t get pushy. The primary irritating about this office is the after hours setup. You end up talking to a nurse normally who doesn’t seem to know anything and whose only advice seems to be to either take the kid to the ER or bring the kid in the next day, regardless of what is happening. I guess it makes sense but it’s infuriating to have to coordinate childcare and take time off from work to bring the kid in and then someone just glances at them and is like “oh it’s probably just a virus, just drink fluids” when that could have been told over the phone. My kids have been patients at TN Pediatrics for 4+ years now. The service level and care their providers and staff show is excellent! I’m always able to get an appointment quickly which is so helpful especially when the kids are sick. We see Dr. Lund, who is spectacular, and have seen many of the other providers, all of whom are kind, caring, responsive, and willing to take time to answer any and all questions! Highly recommend this practice!

All 3 of my children are seen by Dr. Lund, who is very smart, honest, and helpful. She has been a godsend — extremely wonderful with my disabled son and makes sure to celebrate all of his milestones with him. She takes extra care every visit to tell him how proud she is of him. She has always been willing to listen, willing to educate, and very understanding. I will never forget how kind and thoughtful she was when we went through a very scary experience with our (3rd) newborn. She took time out of her lunch break to call and check on her while we were admitted to the hospital. Dr. Johnson has also been fantastic when we’re unable to see Dr. Lund. He has always been so so kind to us and our children. The front office staff is MUCH improved and calls are generally answered very quickly now.

Dr.Hudson saw our newborn son the day after we left the hospital and provided excellent care. He is very thorough and you can tell he truly cares about his patients! The facility is also very clean and provides a separate space for new babies which I really appreciate.

Always friendly, helpful and professional. We have always had a positive experience with Dr. Moore and staff. Our children have been seeing her for at about 10 years.
