The dentist made sure to explain everything during the visit in an age appropriate way. My 3 year was able to understand what all the tools were and what they were doing during his cleaning. He was very scared to go to the dentist and was hesitant to enter the room, but the staff made sure he was comfortable and he left without any tears. At other dentist offices, they were quick to hold him down and get started but this was a different experience. They were patient, kind, and made sure he was comfortable before beginning his cleaning. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a kiddo who is fearful of the dentist.

I love Tender Smiles 4 Kids ( North Brunswick location)! My daughter has been going to this office since she was 2. I always had the best experience. However, during my appointment on Monday I was in all awe. My daughter (4 years old now)has autism and I was nervous she wouldn’t be able to tolerate the X-rays and freak out and scream and cry! Well I was proving wrong. Liz the dental assistant came in with the sweetest and loving touch and started my daughter’s X-rays. My daughter was happy and opening her mouth. Then Dr. Lad ( the goat) came in and was so patient and caring with my baby. My daughter for the first time sat by herself and did not cry or scream! Dr Max was wonderful with my 3.5 year old. He’s very personable, also he genuinely cared about her well being, explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about our situation. Also his assistant Debbie was great and also so personable. Very great office. We will be back.

The hygienist was amazing with the kids kept them at ease and excited to have their teeth checked !!! Also the dentist and nurses were a great in helping my daughter get her tooth extracted! We will definitely be back !!

My child has been a patient at this clinic for over three years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We visited due to severe tooth pain, and a root canal was diagnosed as the required treatment. During the X-ray, additional cavities were identified on a front baby tooth, and extraction was recommended. I requested that the dentist address the back tooth causing the pain first, especially since the front baby tooth is expected to fall out naturally in the coming months. However, we were told the extraction had to be done first and that the root canal would only be performed afterward. The insistence on additional procedures before relieving my child’s pain raised serious trust concerns. Due to the urgency of my child’s pain and the inability to secure another appointmen
