We love Dr. Aranoff and the office! Really great experience with this practice (and we’ve lived in several states with different practice set ups, I’m also a physician myself). If this applies to you - one of my two kids requires follow-up with multiple specialists in different academic centers, and the practice has been so fantastic for both children.

This is our first visit to this location and I am seriously considering continuing to visit here! There is ample parking at the location. The office is spacious and clean, with separate waiting areas for well and sick visits. The aquarium with parrotfish kept the children occupied and it added a relaxing touch! The office staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. We got checked in immediately and were instructed on the next steps. Thank you to the lady who appreciated my daughter's sticker gift! (I'm sorry I didn't get you name). You made us feel welcome. Our nurse Alia also made my kids feel at ease. It's the first time my daughter didn't feel any pain from a flu shot, so thank you! She's still in awe about it. Dr. Martakis is thorough and friendly and talks to children so naturally

Brittany at the front desk is so sweet and very professional. Medical assistant was very nice and knew what she was doing. Dr Starer was very nice and kind, thorough. Thank you for taking great care of my son.

The doctors here are truly amazing, caring, knowledgeable, and quick to act. My son had pneumonia, and they immediately recognized the issue, provided initial treatment, and referred us to the ER without delay. I was so impressed by their prompt and professional care. However, the front desk experience has never been positive. When I called around 8:35 morning to schedule a flu shot, the receptionist told me to call back at later because they were only taking emergency calls. I apologized, assuming the office wasn’t open yet, but their posted hours show they open at 8:30? I don’t understand why appointments can’t be made during regular operating hours. The nurses and the doctors are really nice! Especially this one nurse, I forgot her name but she was so kind and patient with my daughter during the strap test, I literally called her an “Angel”!
