I just left the pediatric pulmonologists office with a prescription for my son and immediately called Ten Oaks Pharmacy to ask the pharmacist his opinion of the prescription. I am a nurse of 12 years and I know pharmacists are the most knowledgeable about drugs, the staff at Ten Oaks is especially knowledgeable and especially kind. Best pharmacy for customer service. The guy on the line did all he could to help clarify an insurance problem with my prescription for me to receive it and explained everything very well. This was after I had just had a bad experience with another "large brand pharmacy". Thank you guys!

Always a great experience, like a throwback to many years ago. Both pharmacists are will to work with you and/or your health care provider to effect the best possible outcome. They get to know you and will do anything they can to assist. As the pharmacy industry has become more automated and less personal Ten Oaks has maintained a personal touch.
