Temple Lung Center - Yardley

I am writing to formally provide feedback regarding my recent interaction with staff at Temple Lung Center in Yardley. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I have experienced unprofessional behavior. In the past, I reported a similar incident to the office manager, at which time I was assured that the issue would be addressed and that it would not happen again. An apology was also given. Despite that assurance, I recently experienced the same issue again. The staff member I spoke with had a poor attitude, was unprofessional, and ultimately hung up the phone on me while I was trying to address my concern. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patients rely on respectful and clear communication. As a patient, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and

For the second time, in less than 2 Months, I have too much trouble getting anyone to pick up the phone. It doesn’t matter what extension it is. The first time, after trying to get through for an hour, someone picked up. Today, the best I could do was to leave a message on the extension for hospitals and doctors. Nurse Practitioner Medvinsky had electronically sent a prescription to my local pharmacy for a refill of 90 day supply of Montelukast, instead of Optim RX. Had she looked at my chart she would have seen that Optim RX IS USED FOR 90 DAY SUPPLY MEDICATIONS. As a consequence, I paid $14.22. Through Optim RX, I pay $0. That might not sound like a lot to some people, but when you are on Social Security and limited income. It makes a difference.

Dr. Lee is my Dr for many years. I trust him with my health and recommend him to everyone. The only thing is very frustrating that you can't get through on the phone.

Beware, if you need necessary/emergency medical care from the doctors here, the office staff could care less and would rather see you die then help you. It's pitiful.
