Team is amazing here! Dr. Olson was great straight forward and clear about expectations. Staff at the front are so friendly. The office is clean, inviting and kid friendly. I like the privacy of having closed off rooms when you go in the back. I would recommend.

I took my 4-year-old son to Temple Kids Dental for his first visit and we had a great experience. We’ve been to other pedi dental offices before, but this one was by far the best. Check-in was smooth, the front desk was very polite, and the wait was short. The waiting area was perfect for kids. The dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were amazing and made my son feel comfortable. He left happy and smiling. Highly recommend!

This office is so amazingly friendly and polite! Ms.Karina was so great with my children, especially my son who is autistic. She is super gentle and kind with my littles to my teenager. Dr. Piedra answers all of my questions and concerns. He is very nice. The front end staff is super kind and polite. I love this office and highly recommend them!!

We always have a great experience here. They are quick and efficient, but also thorough and kind. Another place gave us a long list of issues and recommendations a few years ago, so we came here for a second opinion and they had a much more measured, calm approach -- and we have been coming here ever since.

I want to start by saying that the dental assistants and front office staff at Temple Kids Dental were professional upon arrival. However, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. I was repeatedly reminded that if I missed an appointment, I would be charged a fee. As a parent, I already understand this policy, and it only needs to be explained once. Repeating it over and over felt unnecessary and condescending. Yes, I have had to cancel or reschedule in the past, but that is because I am the parent of a child with special needs, and life can be unpredictable. That does not mean I don’t value appointments. it simply means I’m doing my best to balance many responsibilities. What I needed was understanding and support, not to be made to feel like a problem.
