Temecula Valley Hospital

We had an incredible experience a few nights ago. We arrived to the ER with a line of 4 to 5 of us. I spoke with the security lead Tally who was checking the line for visitors and there after security guard Chris at the emergency room. They had both continually checked in on us as we waited while in line understanding our concern for potentially stroke. The nurse Eman who truly went above and beyond her call of duty. From the moment she stepped in, we felt compassion and comfort. Even the above mentioned security guards consoled our heightened emotions state with true empathy, during what could have been a very stressful time. I was in the ACU ( not to be confused with the ICU) and my nurses Ninna and Francisco were just incredible!! They took care of everything in a way that made you think you were the only patient!!! It’s so a breath of fresh air when you are in that situation! In a previous stay one moth ago I had two surgeries performed in this hospital and the nurses Lucy & Vivian took exceptionional care of me! Why do talk so much about the nurses and not the doctors? Well i’ll tell you why because with so many residents coming in and out you get no rest the resident keep repeating themselves and not always with the accurate information. You never see assisting doctors and when you do, they’re mad because you made him come out of their office because now they’re not only doctors, but they’re also teacher

As a retired respiratory therapist of 35 years in several different hospitals, I was impressed this visit ( my second time). The employees who worked with me all introduced themselves and gave their job title. They did it in a way that was sincere and personable too; not rushed. They did a good job of explaining everything and what would happen next. The waiting room was full when I was there so it was very busy. It was as pleasant an experience as possible for an ER.

Went to the TVH ER on Sunday morning. Wow, I had terrible abdominal pain. Thought it was food poisoning. It was a Kidney Stone. I was in excruciating pain for 2 hours at home. Decided I needed to go to the ER. Fast and easy Intake. Friendly triage. Short waiting period. When I was taken into the ER, I was just about to get a dose of pain killer until I was able to urinate. All my pain went away. Doctor ordered up an ultrasound and didn't believe I needed a CT Scan. Doctor was friendly. PA was friendly. The nurse was friendly. It all went well. Passing a Kidney stone is as bad as I Have heard. Thanks Temecula Valley ER staff. You guys are great.

My Emergency Room experience was wonderful from the minute I walk in until I left. ERIN my ER nurse was great and very professional. My Doctor was very informative and great as well but it's unfortunate I really didn't get her name.
