Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care

Everyone was very professional and they listened to my health concerns. Office was comfortable and they had a Disney movie to pass the time while waiting to be seen. I called to see if they were open and they said to come on in. Because the first few places I went to were closed. Check in was pretty easy.  Staff was very nice.  I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner first and she was very nice and did a thorough examination.  I got X-rays with the X-ray tech and she was very gentle Then had to wait back in the room for the doctor to come in and tell me about my X-rays. We were there about 3 hours. Not bad for an Urgent care office.

I went here for a cut so deep you could see the tendon on my thumb, and a very deep cut to my pointer finger due to glass. The big doctor with black hair stitched them both up flawlessly practically no scar and practically painless experience. Cuts so deep a hospital visit is most likely warranted but not if you go here. Here’s the before and after the thumb was so bad I couldn’t bare to look.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. I called the night before my visit to see if they could help with my issue, and they were very reassuring and helpful. I was able to book an appointment online right away and complete all the paperwork ahead of time, which made the process smooth and stress-free. On the day of my appointment, the facility was clean and well maintained. I was checked in immediately, and even though the lobby was about half full, I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. When I was taken back, it was clear they take cleanliness seriously—one of the seats was still wet because it had just been cleaned and sanitized moments before. Absolutely the best experience from start to finish! WAY better than my PCP who is basically useless when it comes to diagnosing my issues. The front desk check in process was smooth and the young girl helping me was very kind and considerate; she was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The Nurse Practitioner was extremely thorough and caring and she actually took care of the health issue that I came in for which my PCP couldn’t do. So thank you to the outstanding staff, I really appreciate you!

I went in for a cut that i wasn't sure needed stitches. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. I was seen quickly and professionally. Jessica, the nurse was kind and helpful. Thank you for a quick fix and NO stitches ☺️
