I am deeply disappointed with the recent handling of my medication refill request and subsequent prescription error by [Provider/Pharmacy Name]. Despite requesting a refill for my medication, Phentermine, one week ago, the prescription was not processed correctly, resulting in significant delays. What exacerbates my frustration is the apparent lack of urgency and willingness to rectify the situation on their end. I provided alternative options for sending the prescription to another pharmacy, which were not taken into consideration. Instead, I was informed that the only option available was to send the medication via mail.
